1. Records Keeping Requirements

In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75, all visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct displayed on OnlyPls are subject to the record-keeping requirements of federal law.

For content uploaded by third-party content creators, each content creator is required to:

• Verify and maintain records of the legal name and date of birth of each performer
• Verify that each performer is at least 18 years of age at the time the visual depiction was produced
• Maintain records of the date of original production of the depiction
• Keep copies of the performer's government-issued photo identification
• Maintain these records for a minimum of seven years

Content creators must certify their compliance with these requirements as a condition of uploading content to our platform.

2. Custodian of Records

3. Content Verification Process

OnlyPls employs a rigorous verification process to ensure compliance with Section 2257:

1. Identity Verification: All content creators must complete a thorough identity verification process before being permitted to upload content.
2. Age Verification: We verify that all content creators are at least 18 years old through government-issued identification.
3. Content Review: We employ both automated systems and human reviewers to screen content for compliance with our policies.
4. Certification: Content creators must certify that they have complied with Section 2257 for each upload containing visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct.
5. Ongoing Monitoring: We continuously monitor content on our platform and promptly remove any content that violates our policies or applicable laws.

4. Content Creator Obligations

If you are a content creator on OnlyPls, you must:

• Ensure all performers in your content are at least 18 years old at the time of production
• Obtain and maintain copies of government-issued photo identification for each performer
• Keep records of the date of original production
• Maintain these records for at least seven years from the date of creation
• Make these records available for inspection as required by law
• Include a statement in your content description that you maintain the required records

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in immediate removal of content and termination of your account.

5. Reporting Suspected Violations

If you have reason to believe that any content on our platform depicts individuals under 18 years of age or otherwise violates Section 2257, please report it immediately to:
